Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Paper Shoot camera, including all original accessories, SD cards, and cases, in its original eco-friendly packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our fulfillment center for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
