How does a Paper Shoot camera work without a screen?
The Paper Shoot camera is designed to promote 'living in the moment.' It functions like a digital film camera; you point and shoot, and the images are saved to an SD card for you to discover later when you plug it into your computer.
What is included in a standard camera bundle?
Each standard bundle includes the camera board, a sustainable stone paper case, a set of brass fasteners, a micro-USB cable, and two AAA rechargeable batteries. Please note that SD cards are sold separately unless specified.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We ship globally. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. International shipping generally takes between 7 to 14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
Can I use regular alkaline batteries in my camera?
We strongly recommend using rechargeable AAA batteries. Regular alkaline batteries often lack the consistent voltage required to power the digital board and may lead to performance issues or data corruption on your SD card.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your camera arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement under our limited warranty.
Are the camera cases waterproof?
Our stone paper cases are highly water-resistant and durable, meaning they can handle splashes or light rain. However, the camera board itself is an electronic component and should not be submerged in water.
